Before you come in for your next appointment to see us in Knoxville, Tennessee, we encourage you to review our policies for appointments, cancellations, and service and sales. We ask that all clients abide by our policies to ensure a streamlined appointment process and allow us to provide the highest level of care during every visit. Our Policies

Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Our staff and facilities are reserved for you, and we want to ensure you have the fully allotted time for services. Arriving more than 10 minutes late could result in rescheduling. Please review fee associated with cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

At Jessica Ellam Aesthetics, we have a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy. Any appointment that cancels within 48 hours or is a no-show will have a $100 fee added to their account. If client cancels/ no-shows 3 times, the client will be required to pay for service in full upon scheduling appointment. This amount would be non-refundable.

This policy allows our staff to maintain the highest quality of care for clients. Our providers’ schedules fill up fast, and we want to ensure our clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.

Service and Sales Policy

All services and product sales are final. We use the highest-quality products with extensive training to achieve the best results. Understand that results will differ from client to client. Please ensure you carefully follow pre-/post-care instructions for the optimal results.
