As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, master injector, national trainer, and aesthetic innovator, Jessica is recognized for delivering natural, refined results through a personalized, evidence-based approach.

Tori Davis Martin, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving as Lead Wellness Provider at our practice. With over four years of experience as a nurse practitioner and a strong clinical foundation spanning nephrology, acute care, and medical aesthetics, Tori brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to wellness and longevity medicine.

She specializes in IV nutrient therapy, medical weight-loss with GLP-1 medications, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy, focusing on personalized treatment plans that support sustainable health, improved energy, and overall well-being. Known for her compassionate bedside manner and meticulous attention to detail, Tori prioritizes patient education and collaborative care, empowering clients to feel confident and informed throughout their wellness journey.

Tori earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University and holds board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her diverse clinical background—including years managing complex inpatient and outpatient medical patients—allows her to approach wellness care with a comprehensive, safety-driven mindset.

Outside of clinical practice, Tori is passionate about helping patients feel their best from the inside out and believes true wellness is achieved through a balance of medical expertise, lifestyle optimization, and individualized support.

With more than 25 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Shannon Tipton is one of East Tennessee’s most experienced and respected aesthetic injectors. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Advanced Nurse Injector at JEMA, she is known for her exceptional artistry, precision, and commitment to delivering beautiful, natural-looking results. She has been recognized as a Top 5 Allergan Injector in East Tennessee, reflecting her expertise and dedication to excellence.

Shannon specializes in full-face rejuvenation using FDA-approved neurotoxins and hyaluronic acid fillers, creating customized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural beauty while preserving facial harmony. Her extensive experience also includes regenerative aesthetic treatments and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures.

A graduate of the Tennessee School of Beauty, she combines advanced skincare knowledge with a warm, approachable personality to create a relaxing and exceptional experience for every patient.

Kaylee specializes in customized facial treatments designed to address each patient’s unique skin concerns and goals. Her expertise includes medical-grade facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, LED light therapy, acne treatments, extractions, lash and brow enhancements, waxing, and advanced skin rejuvenation therapies. She is committed to ongoing education and providing evidence-based treatments that promote long-term skin health and natural, beautiful results.

Arianna brings years of experience coordinating appointments, assisting clients in fast-paced settings, managing patient communications, and providing compassionate support. Her previous experience as an in-home caregiver strengthened her commitment to delivering attentive, individualized care while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy.

Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness, Arianna loves helping patients begin their journey toward greater confidence. A Powell native, Dr. Brandon Morris is proud to serve the East Tennessee community he calls home.

Dr. Morris earned his undergraduate degree from Lincoln Memorial University, where he was a member of the university baseball team. Prior to medical school, he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at North Knoxville Medical Center, gaining valuable hands-on healthcare experience.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of the Americas and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.

Today, Dr. Morris is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, metabolic health, and comprehensive adult healthcare.
