At Jessica Ellam Aesthetics, we understand your outward appearance can have a big impact on how you feel internally, and we want to help you present your best face to the world. Our team has been working in the aesthetics business for many years, and we have seen various beauty trends come and go—for example, it used to be fashionable to pluck your eyebrows very thin, but these days a fuller look is preferred. If you want to make your eyebrows look fuller, we encourage you to consider our brow lamination treatments. Below, we will provide a brief overview of this service to help you decide if it’s right for you.
- What is brow lamination? – Brow lamination is essentially a perm for the eyebrows, with the intent being to make the hair look fuller rather than to curl it. Our team will treat your eyebrows, maneuver the hairs into a new shape, then set them in place to keep your brows looking full and fashionable.
- How does brow lamination work? – The treatment involves applying a cream to break the chemical bonds that give the hairs their shape, which allows them to be arranged into a different shape. Our aestheticians will first clean your brows and pluck them, if necessary, then apply a treatment to hold the hairs in the desired form. Then, we’ll apply the cream to weaken the hair’s existing bonds and, finally, apply another cream to set them back in place.
- How long does brow lamination last? – In general, brow lamination treatments last between four and six weeks, but it’s possible to make your results last up to two months if you take excellent care of your brows between treatments.
