Our med spa is located in Knoxville, Tennessee at 10315 Kingston Pike, 37922. We are conveniently situated to serve clients from the surrounding areas, including Farragut, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, and Maryville.

How do I schedule a consultation?
We offer complimentary consultations for our new clients. You can give us a call at (865) 357-1138, or fill out our contact form. Our team will work with you to schedule a consultation to discuss your goals before beginning any treatment.
Do you have any membership or loyalty programs?
Yes! We offer our JE Inner Circle Membership as well as a Facial Membership. These programs allow clients to “bank” monthly fees toward future treatments, as well as benefit from exclusive discounts on products like neurotoxins, fillers, skincare, and more.
What will happen during my first visit?
Each journey starts with a complimentary consultation, during which we will review your current health, discuss what treatments you’re interested in, and help you establish realistic goals and expectations. We encourage you to ask questions and discuss options at length so that you feel comfortable and confident in your customized plan.
Do you serve male clients?
Absolutely – we help clients, regardless of gender, look and feel their best. A few treatments that are popular for male clients include hair restoration and “Bro-tox” treatments.

How long do dermal fillers last?
The duration depends on the specific product and the area treated, but most fillers typically last between 6 and 18 months. Factors like your metabolism and the amount of movement the area experiences will also impact the longevity.
Does a microneedling treatment require downtime?
Not necessarily – many clients experience some redness, similar to a mild sunburn, for 24 to 48 hours after the treatment. Most can go about their usual daily activities, with caution around sun exposure and skincare product use. We use the SkinPen, which is the first FDA-cleared microneedling device and helps us ensure a safe and efficient healing process for our clients.
Am I able to get treatments like lip fillers and Botox at the same appointment?
Yes, and many of our clients like to combine compatible treatments to achieve a full-face refresh in a single visit. Our team can discuss coordinating treatment sessions during your consultation to create a plan that works for your goals.
What is Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?
HRT is a treatment program designed to help balance hormones that decline as we age. It can help reduce symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and weight gain. Our team offers a variety of options, including injectable hormone regimens based on your unique lab results.
How do your medical weight loss programs work?
Our program is led by our Nurse Practitioner and may utilize a variety of medications, including GLP-1, alongside a personalized wellness plan. We focus on helping clients achieve sustainable, long-term health rather than chasing “quick fixes.”
What are the benefits of IV therapy?
IV therapy is a method that allows you to bypass the digestive system, which means that 100% of the vitamins and nutrients are delivered straight into your bloodstream. It’s a great option for those looking to boost energy, improve immunity, or who are recovering from dehydration.
What is included in a medical-grade facial?
Our medical-grade facials go beyond what a standard spa facial can do. They contain higher concentrations of active ingredients and use advanced exfoliation methods like dermaplaning, allowing us to target specific skin concerns deep below the surface.
What is the ideal schedule for chemical peels?
We typically recommend scheduling a series of 3 to 6 peels that are spaced about 4 weeks apart for our clients who are looking for corrective results. From there, a peel every few months helps maintain your glowing, clear complexion.
How does Keralase hair restoration work?
This is a needle-free treatment that uses a laser to create tiny channels in the scalp. This is followed by an application of KeraFactor serum. The process stimulates the follicles and promotes thicker, fuller hair growth.
Do you offer brow services like waxing?
Yes, we offer a full range of esthetic maintenance services, including waxing and brow lamination. These services complement more advanced clinical treatments and help you work toward your overall appearance goals.
